    Grants Manager

    Company Description

    Elementz Cincinnati is a cultural arts, education, and creative workforce readiness center in Cincinnati, OH, dedicated to helping develop the next generation of creative problem solvers for the Greater Cincinnati region and beyond. Founded in 2001, Elementz is a safe space for young creatives, fostering talent, igniting potential, and inspiring possibilities. The organization is where originality is celebrated, creative expression is paramount, and individual strengths contribute to a powerful community. Elementz is supported by diverse artists, teachers, and stakeholders who encourage and invest in the self-discovery and creative expression of young people.


    Role Description

    The Elementz Grants Manager will be responsible for managing the grant application process, including writing proposals, submitting successful applications, conducting grant research, and data reporting. Day-to-day tasks will include researching potential funding opportunities, overseeing program budgeting, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. Additionally, the Grants Manager will effectively communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. While the role is based in Cincinnati, OH, remote work is possible.


    Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of Experience in Grant Administration and Proposal Writing
    • Strong Analytical Skills
    • Knowledge of grant regulations and compliance requirements
    • Proficient in financial reporting and budget management
    • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in Project Management
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus

    • Graphic Design Instructor

      Position Title:  Teaching Artist

      Creative Focus Area: Graphic Design 


      Supervision:  Creative Futures Program Manager/ Executive Director 


      General Function:  Reporting to the Creative Futures Program Manager and in partnership with the Executive Director, this is a contract teaching artist position with the objective of inspiring the next generation of creative problem solvers, providing instruction in introductory Graphic Design and its potential career application.


      LOCATION:     

      • Elementz:  3080 Exploration Ave. Cincinnnati, OH 45206
      • Partner schools and/or partner community youth service programs.

      Skills and Qualifications:  The Teaching Artists role at Elementz Hip Hop Cultural Art Center requires a skilled artist in the specified area of focus. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to provide instruction to young people from ages 8 - 20. 


      Must have reliable transportation.
