July 25th Elementz S.T.A.R.S. artists and houseband performed at Fountain Square to celebrate the conclusion of the Summer Youth Employment Program. Special thanks to Artsworks, Cincinnati Police Summer Cadet Program, Urban League of Greater Cincinnati and everyone that came out to show their support!!!
